Hoboken will likely have close to 50 publicly available electric vehicle charging ports soon via a new contract with Volta Charging.

The City Council is expected to pass a resolution Wednesday night awarding the contract, at no cost to the city, to bring in at least 25 new charging stations, including eight fast-charging devices.
